About the Program
Unlike fad diets which drastically restrict calorie intake for temporary weight loss, we ensure that our results stick way after you finish. If you follow this program, we guarantee that after seventy days, you be rewarded by not only being amazing shape, but most importantly, by gaining the knowledge required to make these results last a lifetime.
Our program consists of three key components to guarantee success:
Our detailed 70 day meal plans have been specially tailored by a professional nutritionist and guide you on what to eat, when to eat it and how to prepare it. All meals on the plan are super easy to prepare and taste delicious.
All ingredients are available in Japanese supermarkets and along with recipes, we provide weekly shopping lists with photos, so you know exactly what to buy. We offer meat based, vegetarian and vegan nutrition plan options.
Our fitness plan caters for all ages and current fitness levels. Can't currently do a push up? Don't worry, we have modified versions of all required exercises and you'll be amazed by how quickly your fitness will improve.
The exercises on our program require, on average, 20 minutes per day. The fitness plan consists of daily exercises and fun weekly challenges which can be performed at home/outside and require just one piece of equipment (battling ropes).
Summit Fitness takes part in 70 day 'waves' with all participants starting and finishing on the same dates. You will join an online community of coaches and other participants from the same wave, where people share and support each others progress throughout.
You can be anywhere in the world to take part, most of our participants are based in Tokyo and often meet up to take on the fitness challenges together!
Eating healthily doesn’t mean not eating delicious food! Our varied diet plans consist of over 40 simple recipes that we're sure you'll continue to use way after the program has finished!
What do I need?
- Battling Ropes
Our fitness program requires just one piece of equipment, battling ropes. They can be used in a variety of ways for a great full body workout, we use them on average once a week. They can be purchased for around ¥5,000 on Amazon.
- An oven
Although you could complete the nutrition plan without one, we highly recommend having access to an oven to get the full benefits of the program.
- A positive mindset
It may sound clichéd, but it's absolutely essential. If you're willing to put excuses and temptations to the side for 70 days and focus on your personal self improvement journey, there is no doubt that you will succeed. Your body is capable of incredible things if you give the the environment to do so.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I haven’t exercised in years, are the exercises on this program going to be too difficult for me?
Absolutely not, Summit Fitness is for all ages and abilities. For any specific movements which are difficult, we have suggested modifications and alternative exercises.
I have recently recovered from an injury, will I be able to do all of the exercises on the program?
All of the exercises on the program are comprised of simple movements which do not put to much stress on any single muscle group. For any specific movements which are difficult, we have suggested modifications and alternative exercises.
Can I start Summit Fitness at any time?
No, we operate in 70 day ‘waves’, everyone on the same wave will have the same start and finish date and will follow nutrition and exercise plans based on those dates.
I am already very active and often go to the gym/play sports, will this affect my participation?
Our fitness program requires only 20 minutes of your time each day, any additional activity which you do on top of this will only be beneficial. If you do not have much space in your house/apartment, a gym is great, but it is by no means essential.
I do not live in Japan, may I still take part?
Certainly! The meals on the program are all made up of basic ingredients which can be purchased from any supermarket. As the program was created in Tokyo, the products we recommend tend to be brands you can by here, but alternatives could easily be found.
Do I really need to buy the battling ropes?
Battling ropes are fantastic as they can give a whole body work out, are portable and can be used anywhere there is a pole/lamppost/small child (joking!) that you can loop them around. They cost around ¥5,000 and we use them approximately once a week. If you are based in Tokyo, it may be a great idea to purchase a set with other participants on the same wave and do these weekly workouts together!
I’m a vegan, can I still use the nutrition plan?
We are proud to offer meat based, vegetarian and vegan options of our meal plans. Our professional nutritionist has worked extremely hard to ensure that all three options offer a varied range of delicious, easy to prepare meals will return incredible results in 70 days, all you have to do is stick to them!
Do I have to be part of the online community?
Once you sign up, you will receive a login to our website, where you can find your nutrition plan, fitness plan, instructional videos recipes etc. If you have a Facebook account, you will also be added to a secret group for your wave where fellow participants and coaches can communicate freely and motivate each other. You are not required to join the Faceboook group, but we highly recommend it.
Do I have to share my before and after photos?
Absolutely not, however, once people see their 70 day results, they often want to! If you allow us to, we will add your before and after photos to our website, but you are under no pressure to share them.
